Because students already use AdmissionsOS to build their applications, counselors get complete visibility into the process without chasing documents, spreadsheets, or email threads.
How much does AdmissionsOS cost for counselors?
The Organizational plan is $59 per month (or $590 per year) for your practice, with unlimited students and application tracking. Additional counselors are $10 per month each. Sol AI plus the admissions research database is an optional $90 per month per counselor, and student AI seats are $39 per month each. Every practice starts with a free 14-day trial, no credit card required.
Can I see my students' essays, college lists, and applications?
Yes. Students you actively work with share their workspace with you: profile, activities, college list, essays, supplements, and progress. Student data is private and visible only to the counselors a student explicitly works with.
Do my students have to pay for me to use it?
No. Your practice plan covers your workspace with unlimited students. Students can use their own free accounts, and AI features for students are an optional add-on you control.
Will this replace my current spreadsheets and shared docs?
That is the point. The roster, pipeline, tasks, and application tracking replace the spreadsheet stack, and because the data comes from what students actually do in their applications, it stays current without you updating anything.
